Representative Brown placed a call of the House on the amendments and bill. The following members moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest: Representative Therriault Representative Parnell Representative Porter Representative Mulder Representative Ulmer Objections were heard, and they were required to vote.
